Answers to common questions

How fast can placements go live?+

After approval and assets are received, we usually launch within 1–2 business days. Rush same-day starts are sometimes possible.

What assets do you need?+

After you submit a request, a manager will contact you with the exact asset checklist for your placements.

Can we book multiple cities?+

Yes. We operate in Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, and Kovrov. You can mix formats by city.

How often do we get reports?+

Reporting is provided after the campaign ends, on request.

Can we extend a placement?+

Yes, anytime. Pricing stays the same. We recommend renewing 2–3 days before the current window ends.

How does payment work?+

Invoices for legal entities, or contract + invoice for sole proprietors. We invoice after confirmation; you pay against that invoice.

Which documents do you provide?+

Service completion act, invoice, and invoice-factura when applicable — compliant with local accounting rules.
